We collect only what’s needed to process your order, respond to your inquiries, and improve your experience. No spam, no selling your info, and no sneaky tracking - just respectful, transparent data handling.
The artwork is sold as-is, and you’re welcome to resell it anytime - just no reproductions, edits, or commercial use; unless it's a Digital Download. Your wall, your vibe, but the artist keeps the copyright.
Collaboration, but no long-term partnership. We protect creative work, communication, and mutual trust. You’ll know what to expect, how licensing works, and how we resolve hiccups - all simply and well-documented.
An invitation that is time-limited, and for your eyes only. No sharing, saving, recording, or reposting the content.
Your membership means you agree to experience it respectfully and keep it private.

Intellectual property Rights
Your Complimentary Access to The Artist's Studio

Your complimentary membership allows you access to exclusive content, held in copyright by the artist and owner of 8x10 Dot Photography, solely for the purpose of viewing

Your Artist's Studio membership will be terminated if any of the following occurs under your login:​

screen shooting/screen capture of content​
-
screen recording of content
-
saving of content
-
sharing content, either in pictures posted or written summary/descriptions, verbal transmission
-
reproduction of content in any past, present, or future formats or methods
-
Access & Confidentiality
Access is granted at the sole discretion of 8x10 Dot Photography
Access

If a customer purchases a wall art print from 8x10 Dot Photography's website, the buyer may receive an invitation via email to join The Artist's Studio, located on the www.8x10.photography website

Your access will be valid for one year, from the date of your initial purchase of a wall art print, regardless of how many prints you might have purchased throughout a one-year period

Only one complimentary membership per person
Confidentiality

It will be the buyer's decision to accept and join the members' area​

The invitation email will only be sent once​

if you have deleted the email and later would like to join, you will need to provide a copy of your order invoice, along with an email address​

Your access will be removed if your share your access link with someone else for the purpose of viewing content granted exclusively to you

Restrictions
Access for the most engaged Patrons

Membership is restricted to buyers of products under the wall art print banner​

​Products under the For My Chicks banner, and digital downloaded artwork are not eligible for membership to The Artist's Studio​​
​​

The Artist's Studio is not a social network for artists, photographers, writers, or content creators of any type;
-
therefore, anyone with the above (official or unofficial) designation will not receive an invitation to The Artist's Studio regardless if an 8x10 Dot Photography product is purchased​

Access will be redacted if you are using The Artist's Studio's content for your own benefit or profit
​

8x10 Dot Photography's content is for entertainment and must not be used for educational purposes
​

8x10 Dot Photography may interrupt your access to The Artist's Studio members' area at any time for maintenance of this site:

all scheduled maintenance by 8x10 Dot Photography will be announced via posting on its website​

due to unforeseen circumstance(s) beyond the control of 8x10 Dot Photography, your access may be interrupted;
-
for example, power outage, telecommunications, network outage, etc.​

Indemnity
Sensitive content and your Responsiblity

Your access to The Artist's Studio gives you privileged viewing of content that could be considered "sensitive":​

expressed opinions of the artist​

presentation of content

other types not yet defined

You, as a member of The Artist's Studio, accept full responsibility for consuming these content and any resultant experiences from such exposure to the content​

You, as a member of The Artist's Studio, wholly agrees to forever release the owner and artist of 8x10 Dot Photography from any and all potential claim(s), causes of action(s), demand(s), liability/lies, obligation(s), judgement(s), damage(s), cost(s), and, or expense(s), whether directly or indirectly, as a result of your membership in The Artist's Studio
