The email address/name you provide for your Wall Art Print order will be used to invite you to The Artist’s Studio members area
8x10 Dot Photography will not send you any marketing emails
Your membership login credentials will be saved on the website host server, for the length of your membership, to allow you access to specific pages on this site
Your email address/name will not be stored for other uses
It will be your choice to accept or not to accept this invitation

2. Working with 8x10 Dot Photography
Information (name, email address, project spec. and budget) provided in the “Working with 8x10 Dot Photography” form will only be used to communicate with you regarding project(s) being worked on with 8x10 Dot Photography
information provided in this form will be saved as project documentation - for example: project specs, budget and timeline
or for the purpose of resolution in case of a disagreement between the client and 8x10 Dot Photography
the stored documentation will be accessible only to the owner of 8x10 Dot Photography and is saved with a secured cloud storage provider
You will not receive any marketing emails as a result of using this form

3. General Inquires
Your email address and name will be used only to communicate with you on the topic initiated by the sender/inquirer
Your email address along with your message will be deleted once the communication has ended
The content of your email communication, partial or complete, will not be shared or included in any other medium/media
Do not include sensitive information in your email (address, full name, age, etc.) as 8x10 Dot Photography cannot guarantee against intrusions in the various forms of cyber attacks
4. Requesting Information
When requesting information, either through this website's forms, contact email or the 8x10 Dot Photography's Facebook page, you may be asked to explain the context of the request, if it is not made clear in the original request, for example:
how the information will be used
the purpose of the requested information
why is the information being requested

Your address will only be used for shipping any physical product(s) you have ordered through 8x10 Dot Photography’s website
Your address will be sent to a 3rd party vendor responsible for the production and delivery of your order to the location you have indicated as your ship-to address
Your address will not be used for any other purposes

Your phone number will be used only if you have ordered a physical product through the 8x10 Dot Photography’s website
for contacting you during the delivery process
If you have indicated to 8x10 Dot Photography, either through the online scheduling tool, email or social media, that you want to be contacted via phone,
you will need to provide a specific date and time,
and you will be contact only during this time period
Your phone number will not be used for any other purposes other than outlined above
7. Name
Your name is only used during the ordering and delivery processes, if you have ordered any products through the 8x10 Dot Photography website
This includes the complimentary “order” of The Artist’s Studio membership

8x10 Dot Photography uses Stripe as a payment processor for completing customers’ purchase transactions

9. Video Meeting
For serious inquires or security concerns regarding products, commissioned projects or website content, where more in-depth/private communication is necessary, video chat/conference will be made available, using either:

Scheduled one-time appointment link will be used
Depending on the context and needs of the conversation, the discussion may be recorded for documentation purposes
After the resolution of any issues/topics, the recording will be purged

You might have noticed there are no *sharing social media buttons on 8x10 Dot Photography’s website
there is a Facebook button, when selected will take you to the 8x10 Dot Photography's Facebook page
there is an Instagram button, when selected will sent you to 8x10 Dot Photography’s Instagram’s account
No personal information is collected by 8x10 Dot Photography from its Facebook page or Instagram account
however, you may want to review Meta’s privacy policy, as third-party providers and social media platforms have terms specific to their business goals
8x10 Dot Photography will only use your social media name/handle/account to communicate with you on the social platform
communication will be restricted to the topic initiated on the platform
