Hands of Fate - Brush Metal - 1/5

Hands of Fate - Brush Metal - 1/5

Experience the unique reflective quality of brush metal, contrasted against slightly textured matte black, as you gaze upon Hands of Fate.

This piece was created by methodically apply acrylic brush stokes on transparency then projecting the image on to velvet-textured silver gelatin photographic paper, and brought to life through traditional darkroom chemical development.

The resultant artwork appears to be an abstract of two claw-like 'hands' reaching for each other.

Presented on, a limited edition, aluminum plate where the brush metal finish of the substrate becomes part of the artwork.

The perfect accompaniment to industrial style decor.
